The Alliance of European Hockey Clubs (E.H.C.) seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Founded in 2016, E.H.C. is a non-profit organization registered in Sweden that represents and unites Europe's professional hockey clubs. Our mission is to strengthen and develop European hockey organizationally and financially while serving as a constructive and responsible partner to all stakeholders in international hockey.
We organize two events yearly: the European Hockey Awards in mid-June and the E.H.C. Hockey Business Forum in the fall, typically around September or October. Additionally, we can host other events, such as a mid-term event in January, and conduct online tutorials during January and February. We are a flexible organization, open to new ideas, growth and development according to the wishes of our member clubs.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:
- Manage club relations through emails and phone calls.
- Recruit new clubs to the E.H.C.
- Update and maintain address lists.
- Produce and update invoices.

Partnership Management:
- Participate in meetings and develop relationships with new, existing, and potential partners.

Event Coordination:

Hockey Business Forum:
- Plan and execute the two-day event.
- Manage the budget and create online invitations.
- Negotiate and book hotels and restaurants.
- Create promotional materials and recruit speakers and partners.
- Coordinate with the hosting club and hotel.
- Conduct site visits and manage logistics.
- Handle guest, partner, and accommodation arrangements.

Annual General Meeting (AGM):
- Plan and organize the AGM.
- Create and send invitations.
- Prepare presentations and take meeting minutes.
- Recruit venues, conduct site visits, and manage logistics.
- Handle guest and accommodation arrangements.

European Hockey Awards:
- Manage the voting process and support the production of event video materials.
- Organize the award ceremony, including venue and budget management.
- Coordinate with CHL for the program and invitations.
- Handle guest, partner, and accommodation arrangements.

Hockey Business Forum:
Desired Competencies:
- Financial skills for bookkeeping and accounting.
- Ability to write press releases and articles and produce newsletters and marketing materials.
- Social media expertise to manage Twitter-X and LinkedIn accounts.
- Graphic design skills for creating digital invitations and logos.
- Strong relationships within the hockey world, both nationally and internationally.
We Are Looking For:
- Relevant education in administration, communication, or similar fields.
- Experience in participating in and organizing international meetings and events.
- Structured, thorough, and excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- A passion for hockey and a keen interest in the world of hockey, staying updated with European and international hockey media.
